Chris has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2014.

Her passion is healing from the inside out. Educating her clients in ways that help improve their everyday lives in order to get the most out of their massage experience inside and outside of the treatment room. Whether it be teaching how to set up their work environment to ease stress on their neck and shoulders all the way to breathing and/or meditation techniques to reduce stress from family life, work, commuting or anything in between.
